A self-hosted, unified headless platform combining CMS, ecommerce, and loyalty in one admin shell — built for enterprise teams who need full data sovereignty.
ColonyOne was born from a straightforward observation: enterprise teams waste enormous time and money juggling separate admin panels for their CMS, ecommerce platform, and loyalty programme. Custom integrations between these systems cost $20k–$60k to build, degrade over time, and create data silos that make a unified customer view nearly impossible.
We set out to build the platform that should already exist — one where content editors, commerce managers, and loyalty administrators all work from a single authenticated shell, share the same customer data, and never need to switch between tabs to see the full picture.
ColonyOne is self-hosted and open-source at its core. Every client owns their data, runs their own instance, and avoids the $1,000–$5,000/month SaaS fees that come with fragmenting these capabilities across vendors.
A powerful headless CMS built on PayloadCMS v3 — 13 collections, 25+ layout blocks, versioning, draft/publish workflow, and a rich block-based page builder. Full Thai and English localisation out of the box.
Full-featured commerce engine powered by MedusaJS v2. Products, cart, checkout, inventory, pricing, promotions, and Xendit payments — with custom modules for unit-of-measure, margin management, and banners.
Built-in loyalty system with points ledger, tier management (Silver, Gold, Platinum), rewards catalogue, and referral tracking. Earn and redeem points seamlessly within the commerce checkout flow.
One login, three platforms. A Salesforce-style app launcher gives your team single sign-on access to CMS, Commerce, and Loyalty — all from a single admin shell with per-app role-based permissions.
